Our client is a 400 bed non-profit hospital in Atlanta that is recognized as one of the top hospitals in the Southeast. They are a top magnet hospital and looking for a Manager of CVOR Services to join their rock star team and hospital.
They have an urgent need for a Rockstar CVOR manager to take their Cardiovascular OR services to the next level.
The Nurse Manager is the first line manager designated as the leader to its patient population, and assigned nursing staff. The Nurse Manager CVOR is responsible for ensuring that the hospitals mission to provide clinically excellent patient care, coordination of care, discharge planning, service excellence, and cost-efficiency be achieved. The CVOR Nurse Manager is a registered nurse with advanced knowledge and skills in coordinating and providing care for patient population served within assigned areas. Functions with limited supervision utilizing independent and collaborative judgment in decision making.
Qualifications:
- BSN
- 5+ years experience in nursing with 2+ years in a leadership role, at least 1 year experience in the CVOR
- BCLS, NALS, PALS, ACLS certifications preferred
- Certified Perioperative Nurse required within 2 years of hire
