Job Responsibilities

Conduct mammography screenings and diagnostic procedures on patients, following established protocols and safety measures.
Position patients accurately to obtain optimal images, ensuring patient comfort and proper radiation safety precautions.
Operate and maintain mammography equipment, ensuring proper functioning and reporting any malfunctions or abnormalities to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to evaluate and interpret mammography images for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Accurately document and maintain patient records, including medical histories, examination results, and any other pertinent information.
Educate and communicate with patients about mammography procedures, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards, including maintaining knowledge of current guidelines and best practices in mammography.
