Lead Nurse:
You take pride in providing consistent, high-quality service, and colleagues and customers alike consider you disciplined, responsible, and trustworthy. As our Lead Nurse, you will provide high-quality medical treatments and services to our valued customers. Due to the consistency of responsibilities in this role, your preference for a steady, even pace of activity will be regularly met. As Lead Nurse, you will train new nurses by educating them on Restore’s established procedures. In addition to your expertise and background in providing medical services, you will also tap into your naturally people-focused and friendly attitude while serving and educating Restore’s customers on a daily basis.
What you’ll need to be our Lead Nurse:
- Unselfish and approachable with a preference for detailed, skill-based work
- Patient, conscientious, relaxed, and cooperative team worker
- Accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work
- Must be an RN
- Knowledge of micronutrients and their impact on health
- Open to non-traditional medical practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills

What you’ll do as the Lead Nurse:
- Provide high-quality medical treatments and services including IV therapy, IM shots, and the hyperbaric chamber to new and existing customers
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients through high-quality care and upselling products by educating clients on micronutrients
- Ensure safety and compliance through facilitating consultations with a Nurse Practitioner
- Responsible for training new nurses as they onboard to Restore, including educating them on Restore’s processes, practices, compliance standards, etc.
- Consistently document client visits through electronic medical records in an accurate and detailed manner
