The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) is seeking a full-time MD/DO Nephrologist in Little Rock to lead and direct our Outpatient Dialysis unit. We are looking for a Board Certified Nephrologist with extensive experience in the dialysis area. Preferred experience in leadership and administration, clinical teaching, and research. Our medicine section is a very collaborative and high-functioning group of physicians, leadership, and administrative support. Our clinical areas are filled with staff who strive to serve our veterans.

Locals typically spend their weekends exploring the historic sites of interest, wandering through art centers, museums, restaurants, pubs, and event centers. Highlights of this opportunity:
- Potential starting compensation range: $350,000-$400,000

- Daily work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM;
- 1-3 day(s) per week in clinic, and shared inpatient rounds
- 2-3 days section leadership responsibilities
- Inpatient call rotation with assistance from a full hospitalist team.
- Paid Time Off: Total of 50-55 days per year
- No Physician Employment Contract; you can moonlight or work in other facilities as long as you do not treat veterans there.
