Practice Overview
Our client is a world-class emergency center that boasts 30 doctors, including interns, supported by a team of 100+ dedicated staff. Together, they deliver exceptional services to the community, ensuring a seamless and compassionate patient experience. Their hospital believes in fostering an environment that upholds its core values of communication, collaboration, devotion, and service. This practice offers an in-house pharmacy, Digital Radiography, ANTEC reference lab IDEXX, and ANABAXIS. Additionally, it possesses a newly renovated emergency room with dental suites, an ICU section, and an ultrasound room. You will truly be set to succeed in this practice.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Help our clients solve their unique pet problems
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of cases
- The opportunity for mentorship
- Educate clients and staff on treatment options and recommendations
- Maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is required
- A minimum of one year of ER experience is required
- Ability to work swing shifts
- Be licensed or be able to be licensed in the state of Virginia
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
