Overview:
Works in concert with Cardiologist to obtain high quality images and provide exceptional patient care. Performs echocardiography studies. Recognizes, calculates, interprets, and analyzes the hemodynamic data served from echocardiography studies.

Qualifications:
- Education: A graduate of an accredited Echocardiography program required.
- Experience: Previous leadership experience required.
- Licensure/certification/registration: Must be a registered diagnostic cardiac sonographer.
- Additional skills required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Has knowledge and skills to identify each patient(s) requirement for care relative to his/her age-specific needs. Considerable verbal ability to effectively communicate observations and input to nursing staff, physicians and other department staff.
