As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
- Makes meaningful observations, evaluations, and creates reports.
- Accepts and constructively utilizes supervision.
- Recognizes the needs and concerns of people to maintain constructive relationships when dealing with them.
- Performs nursing procedure for which the preparation of the Registered Nurse has provided the necessary degree of skills and judgement.
- Recognizes when there is a need for an adjustment and flexibility in nursing care functions so as to maintain quality nursing care in all types of situations.
- Observes and effectively communicates any changes in condition to appropriate members of the health care team.
- Timely and accurately documents all care provided within the client’s record.
- Exercises leadership coupled with tolerance and understanding as well as with appreciation and respect for the special abilities and skills of others.
- Promotes Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
What is Required?
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- 1+ year of RN experience
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the state.
- Ability and willingness to travel within designated area approximately 50%
You will report to the Lead Pediatric Field Supervisor.
