General Responsibilities:
- Assists in the turnover of the anesthesia supplies and equipment upon procedure start/stop along with assisting in complete room turnover in conjunction with the Surgical Assistant.
- Maintain hallways for proper egress throughout the day.
- Assures the cleanliness, sterility and maintenance of anesthesia equipment.
- Prepares equipment and supplies for invasive anesthesia procedures.
- Ordering of supplies and maintaining PAR levels.
- Maintenance of all anesthesia related equipment.
- Assist in patient transport to and from department.
- Be available to assist in patient induction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Anesthesia tech experience required.
- Training: BLS.
