A renowned hospital in Western New Hampshire is searching for a Nurse Manager to oversee its Telemetry Unit. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, nurse development, and staffing, and serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursing operations in a 39-bed mixed acuity unit.
- Supervise and develop department personnel.
- Work directly with patients and staff to enhance nursing techniques and approaches.
- Initiate and coordinate the development, improvements, and implementation of standards and department policies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the unit’s budgets.
- Assist with hiring and orienting department personnel.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- A BSN is preferred.
- Active RN License.
- 5+ years of nursing experience is required.
Additional info:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday-Friday, days
- Pay: $106,000-151,000, depending on experience
