Medical Vision Technology, Ophthalmology Group is looking for a long-term partner to join a group of five ophthalmologists with offices in the Roseville and Sacramento, California region.
Partnership track begins after the first year of employment at a low buy-in. This practice offers the unique opportunity that small private practices can still offer in creating a partnership environment where each individual physician has significant freedom to balance financial reward and quality of life.
Income potential is between $600,000 and $800,000 depending on the individual's work/life balance. Physicians have a great deal of freedom in structuring their schedule and back-office support staff once a partner, as we track each physician's expenses individually such that they do not affect other partners' income.
