ABOUT THE POSITION:
Join our team as a full-time, permanent outpatient physical therapist, working with a wide range of diagnoses, from orthopedic and neurological conditions to general weakness. In this role, you’ll be the solo PT, supported by a PTA and administrative staff, with the autonomy to manage the clinic as if it were your own practice—without the financial burden or stress of running a business. We’re seeking someone with the heart of a servant leader, truly passionate about patient care. QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- New Mexico License or ability to obtain
- Servant leader mindset
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
- Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Collaborative, team-building personality style
