Human Resources Manager - Pharma industry (hybrid work schedule)

[Job Summary]
Reports to the HR Department Head with the primary responsibility to manage HR Operations.
[Job Description]
- Support and manage the HR Operations function.
- Maintain the Company’s HR system, Workday, by collaborating and working with Headquarter HR located outside the US. Workday areas include recruiting, position management, and performance management.
- Support and manage the Hire to Retire cycle: Candidate search, Recruitment, Recruitment Operations, onboarding new hires, and processing Exit.
- Support annual performance reviews, merit and bonus programs.
- Support, maintain, and manage compliance of the Employee benefits programs, including Employee retirement plan, health and welfare plans. Propose enhancements to keep plans competitive within the industry.
- Support and manage the Company’s compensation and incentive programs, including payments of short-term and long-term incentive plans.
- Support and manage leave management.
- Support and manage queries from employees.
- Assist with various HR special ad hoc projects and other duties as required to support company Operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities in supporting HR day-to-day activities.
- Support and manage HR data in ADP WFN.
- Support the Company’s semi-monthly payroll including net-to-gross payroll process.
[Qualifications]
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist with a focus on HR Operations from the Pharma or Healthcare industries.
- Experience in HR system, specifically Workday required (as a user).
- Recruiting and Recruiting operations required.
- Ability to work in globally matrixed organizations.
- Experience in payroll a plus.
- Demonstrated team and independent work, in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. Advanced degree a plus.
