Responsibilities
- Reach out promptly to leads and inquiries in Big Bear, CA, US to support the expansion of the customer base.
- Conduct detailed market analysis specifically tailored to ensure accurate pricing of property listings in the Big Bear area.
- Engage in proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts to nurture new business opportunities effectively.
- Provide valuable assistance to clients during the final stages of the home-buying process, guaranteeing a smooth closing experience.
- Support sellers in appropriately pricing, staging, and marketing their properties to attract potential buyers swiftly in the Big Bear market.
