PRO Pediatric Services is seeking an exceptional Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a local intermediate unit.
Job Details:
- Location: Several needs locations across Luzerne County
- Schedule: Full-time during normal school day hours.
- Caseload: Early Intervention and K-12
- Requirements: Must have all clearances updated within the year

Compensation and Benefits:

Job Description:
- Implement specialized therapy treatment in accordance with the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
- Screen, evaluate, and write reports on student levels, needs, strengths, and progress using approved testing and assessment tools
- Analyze and interpret formal and informal assessment data and facilitate the use of the data as a guide for effective instruction to improve student speech/language skills.
- Work with school personnel and parents to design and implement the student’s intervention plan, individual service plan, or individual student plan most appropriate to address the student’s need
- Serve as a member of the school’s multidisciplinary team, IEP program team, and offer consultation and collaboration with school staff and parents in support of student’s goals
- Complete, update, and maintain required documentation
- Perform other appropriate duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License
- PA Department of Education Teaching Certification
- Must be comfortable using a computer
- Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
