The expected base salary range for this position is $62,460 to $97,000. This salary range may vary based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with the Finance and Senior Leadership teams to drive detailed budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and insights into business performance. This role supports all aspects of Company financial statement reporting, external analysis and supports internal reporting systems. This position is hands-on and requires critical-thinking, a focus on processes and being outcome driven. The Senior Financial Analyst is highly visible among WCG's senior management team.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience in bottoms-up financial budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Experience in financial analysis, internal reporting, and KPI & dashboard reporting.
- Experience coordinating the compilation, analysis, and reporting of a large multi-subsidiary company.
- Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools recommended.
- Experience working in a high pressure, deadline-oriented and dynamic environment.
- Experience managing projects to completion while actively working on projects.
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working effectively with and communicating with senior leadership and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to follow established policies.
- Must be able to influence decisions through data-driven analysis and cogent presentation.
- Must be able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment and adapt to change.
- Must be comfortable presenting financial information to groups.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
- Produce critical weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial dashboards, KPIs, and commentary for senior management using Excel and reporting tools.
- Coordinate with finance and shared-service teams to identify, develop, and maintain new KPIs and reporting analyses.
- Organize and analyze large amounts of financial data from numerous data sources to deliver executive-level reporting and presentations.
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models, budgets, forecasts, and related analyses. Provide support and analysis to internal Finance teams and shared service departments to report on historical results, variances, and forecasts.
- Produce and support monthly financial statement reports; including financial statements, MD&A, lender compliance reports, and internal report packages.
- Support the operation and maintenance of the Company's financial reporting systems.
- May indirectly support or lead others through project assignments.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described.
