Are you ready to join a well-established, Tier 1 HVAC subcontractor with a brilliant reputation? I am seeking a Mid-senior level Estimator.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse tender documents to identify project requirements.
- Collaborate with a small team of estimators to compile and submit competitive tenders.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs and present proposals effectively.
- Manage the tendering process, ensuring all documentation is thorough and accurate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and clients to help secure projects.
- Contribute to a positive team culture that values collaboration and support.
About You:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of estimating experience, with a focus on HVAC projects.
- Proven ability to navigate the tendering process and deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-facing approach.
- Eagerness to grow within the role and the company, with aspirations for future leadership opportunities.
- Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Kostech) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
