Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for monthly performance reporting and forecasting the outlook for the next three months. Conduct analysis of revenue and costs, and provide a bridge for revenue, GP, PDP, and EBIT compared to budget, the previous year, and the latest forecast.
Verify revenue and expenditure before issuing the monthly P&L to ensure data accuracy for analysis. Responsible for budgeting and rolling forecasting. Monitor spending and review budget requests upon request.
Collaborate with the product and sales teams to identify potential actions and assess risks. Provide and support business and financial information to management upon request.
Assist in creating financial models for new business projects. Assist the CFO in conducting cash flow forecasting.
Handle other ad hoc tasks related to compliance and controls such as:
- Ensuring alignment of the authority matrix with the Global matrix.
- Submitting GRC controls.
- Managing contracts, official letters, business licenses, board meeting minutes, bank authorities, IFS master data setting, and other related duties.
Perform internal audits to ensure that the minimum controls are in place as per control manual from HQ, including review of business process flows to identify process weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement.
Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in similar role(s) in Accounting, Finance, and Tax.
- Practical experience in the Logistics industry is a big plus.
- Native Thai level, fluent in English.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and objective-oriented.
- Strong leadership, communication ability, and sound interpersonal skills.
- Good practical knowledge of computers.
