The Living Balance Sheet (LBS) team is seeking a Case Consultant Specialist to help our financial professionals learn and use our proprietary planning platform, LBS, to serve clients. You will provide coaching on financial planning conversations, including protection, cash flow and wealth management conversations.
You are A strong communicator who enjoys coaching and training others 1-on-1 or small groups and is comfortable working virtually. An educator at heart who is drawn to the impact holistic financial planning can have on clients and advisors, with experience implementing or designing financial plans that encompass both protection and wealth management solutions. Proactive in nature, eager to uncover ways and opportunities you can help others.
You will Provide outstanding case consultations and planning support to subscribers of our financial planning software, LBS, helping them effectively leverage planning tools and narratives that will move clients to action.
Coach Guardian Financial Professionals on how to effectively implement our LBS client planning process, including protection and wealth management.
Host trainings for groups of advisors and leaders on LBS.
Proactively engage segments of LBS subscribers, adding value to their practices and driving business results.
Be a collaborative team member.
You have 3+ years in financial services, including experience in sales or sales support functions.
A solid understanding of and experience related to how insurance and wealth management solutions are part of a comprehensive client recommendation.
The ability to educate and coach financial professionals so they can effectively communicate planning recommendations to clients and prospects.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Solid analytical skills.
Enthusiasm for the work you do.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Time management skills to maximize your impact and reach.
College degree or equivalent.
Salary Range $82,660.00 - $135,805.00. The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
