Job Description
The Implementation Consultant works with our account management and sales teams on the implementation of new accounts, as well to help our current customers maneuver and operate through Appcast’s software solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact internally and externally for assigned implementations and projects.
- Interact with customers in conjunction with Account Management and Sales partners to gather all necessary information including technical requirements for implementations.
- Create detailed implementation documents for each customer to ensure a seamless transition from sales through implementation and go-live.
- Work with internal partners to constantly identify ways to improve and streamline the implementation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive a consistent, high-quality experience for our customers throughout the implementation process.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience placing the needs of the team and client above self.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Disciplined, self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relay information quickly.
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer service and/or software implementation, preferably in the Talent Acquisition industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Travel Requirements
- Travel requirements for this position may include travel as needed to internal and external meetings a few times a year. This may vary based on business needs and opportunities.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position does not supervise others.
