Lincoln-Goldfinch Law is seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our Texas-based, in-person sales team. This individual will be responsible for providing legal consultations to prospective Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 clients and assisting them in signing on for services. Bilingual Customer Service Agents identify and educate prospective clients on the firm’s offerings while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to services. Bilingual Customer Service Agents also call leads, contact PCs, and drive business. Additionally, Bilingual Customer Service Agents support the legal team by returning client phone calls, conducting homework appointments, and collecting payments, or other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities.
- Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points.
- Meet with prospective clients.
- Take notes of all interactions.
- Advise clients on the options available to them through bankruptcy.
- Stay informed of developments in bankruptcy law.
- Learn firm services, pricing, and offerings.
- Achieve sales goals.
- Follow up with leads.
- Provide exceptional client service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the Texas legal system.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Tenacious and driven pursuit of goals.
- Commitment to superior client service.
- Knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Google Suite or related software.
- Ability to handle adversity with maturity and poise.
- At least two years related experience preferred.
Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
