I can succeed as a Retirement Plan Compliance Consultant at Capital Group
As a Retirement Plan Compliance Consultant (RPCC) associate, you will leverage your strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to consult with Retirement Plan Services (RPS) associates. Your role will involve resolving unique or complex operational issues and advising on escalated business referrals. This includes providing guidance on plan operational and compliance matters, educating associates on emergent regulatory changes, advising on risk and compliance considerations, and participating in business projects and change management.

- You demonstrate in-depth knowledge of retirement plans and Capital Group retirement plan solutions, services, and recordkeeping systems.
- You have strong working knowledge of the IRS and ERISA requirements governing retirement plans.
- You are a strong communicator by conveying information clearly, actively listening, understanding others' perspectives, adapting to different audiences, presenting compelling arguments, and being open to feedback.
- You can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- You demonstrate problem-solving skills by analyzing issues while being detail-oriented, collaborative, and concise.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $84,021-$134,434
Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $73,574-$117,718
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
