Part of Dover Corporation's Engineered Systems segment, Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is a strong, diverse and dynamic global leader in the vehicle service industry. VSG comprises 13 major vehicle lifting, wheel service, diagnostic and collision repair brands: Rotary Lift, Chief, Forward, Direct-Lift, Ravaglioli, Hanmecson, Revolution, Elektron, Blitz, Nogra, Butler, Space and Sirio.
Manages one or more national accounts by handling every phase of a lift repair or installation, while providing accurate and timely information to all parties involved. Work requires dispatching tickets, auditing, negotiating, order entry, and follow-ups during each process, while using technical product knowledge to provide assistance to RAI's and/or audit the work being done by the RAI. This is accomplished by providing excellent customer service, developing product line expertise, and building strong relationship with the national account representatives and the RAI network.

RAI Management: Identify, negotiate quoted fees, dispatch and follow up with appropriate RAI for each required lift repair or installation, guiding and assisting RAI with technical problems to find solutions, and ensuring RAI understands any special requirements. | 35% |
Account Management: Provide oversight to assigned national account(s), including follow-up, auditing invoices, providing technical descriptions of lift work required, and demonstrating a sense of urgency and helpful demeanor with every request. | 35% |
Order Management: Manage the part and lift order process, from order entry, quoting, auditing and follow-up. This includes all levels of customer interface. | 20% |

Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles.
- 2 + years in customer service.
- Above average interpersonal skills, business acumen and problem solving skills.
- Strong client follow-up and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Preferred:
- College Degree or a combination of experience and education.
