Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assist and participate with Consultant II's in the implementation and support of Cybersecurity solutions for clients.
• Install, configure, support, monitor, test, optimize, and troubleshoot problems pertaining to deployment, integration, and implementation of new hardware and software in Basic-to-moderate complexity client network environments based on designs developed by Consultant II's.
• Work under the direction of a Consultant II to implement migration strategies, implementation plans, risk mitigation plans, test plans, and disaster recovery plans for Cybersecurity solutions.
• Participate as a peer team member in the implementation and support of Cybersecurity solutions for clients.
• Communicate with client at peer technical levels.
• Use a checklist to complete tasks: Work under the guidance of a Consultant II and work alone when given goals to complete.
• Act as a technical lead for SMB-sized clients.
• Provide Tier 1 support for network and Cybersecurity infrastructures.
• Follow processes and procedures from client and employer.
• Communicate project status and weekly activities to internal and external PMs.
• Maintain and update project documentation and auditing for various clients.
• Maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with clients; work jointly through Consultant II or directly with the client.
• Participate in project kick-off meeting and design discussions.
• Communicate troubleshooting and incident reporting procedures to the technical team and monitor compliance.
• Meet with Consultants II to review the design and implementation plans for the client, ensure understanding of the business needs and how they map to the solution, and provide feedback to PM, PMO, and Consultants II based on actual field experience.
• Participate in the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field experience.
Experience:
3+ years hands-on, technology related experience or equivalent education.
Certifications:
CCNP-Security Completed, or other CCNP-x certification, or substantial equivalent knowledge
Technical Skills:
• Detailed knowledge of Cybersecurity products, ability to configure and install them based on specific requirements.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching, and Cybersecurity products.
• General knowledge of data center technologies as it relates to Cybersecurity infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and network design theory.
• High degree of system-level troubleshooting.
Professional Skills:
• General knowledge of the selling cycle and knowledge of the resellers' competitive advantage.
• Strong client-facing skills.
• Strong understanding of the partner and client's business processes.
• Strong knowledge of the client's challenges and how these map to the solutions being implemented.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills and initiative and provide consultants leading a project with regular updates on tasks, progress, etc., in a proactive manner.

• Ability to travel more than 50%.
