We are seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about advancing their careers in roles such as Scrum Master/Business Analyst, and IT Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Public Sector Transformation team, you will partner with our clients to craft new technology strategies, transformation roadmaps, and delivery models, supported by stakeholder, market, data- and technology insights and global best practices, develop strategic initiatives, and support implementation to enhance public value. You will also contribute to the growth of the team and EY.
Tasks can include:
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gathering quantitative and qualitative data from client and market reports, conduct market, best practice and regulatory research, industry analysis and benchmarks, analyzing technology portfolios, business processes and financial information.
- Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, conference calls, preparing presentations and materials for client engagements and documenting meeting outcomes and follow-up action items.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying business challenges and opportunities for improvement, develop and utilize frameworks and models to analyze complex business issues, develop technology strategies and roadmaps for implementation, incl. sourcing and operating models.
- Project Management Support: Define and drive transformation roadmaps, support project planning and coordination, track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, manage project documentation and reports, set up meetings and workshops.
- Presentation and Reporting: Creating slides and other visual aids to communicate findings and recommendations, drafting sections of reports, proposals, and other client deliverables.
- Business Development: Assist in identifying new business opportunities, support creation of client proposals and presentations, conduct market research and participate in networking events and conferences, and provide administrative support for business development initiatives.
Skills and Experience for Success
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent, in relevant field (e.g., IT, public administration, economics)
- Full-time professional experience (3 – 6 years), either from consulting or the public sector
- Experience with IT project management
- Proficient in Danish and English communication.
- Strong team player with a good degree of independence.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Personal skills such as being persistent, structured, able to communicate with all layers, solution oriented, proactive, motivating towards the team, and analytical.
- Has an interest in progress measurement and control.
- Used to handle complex projects in varying contexts, both technically and organizational wise.
- Technical understanding is preferable.
