Experienced Jewelry Sales Consultant (Full-time, On-Site, Sundays off)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Jewelry Sales Consultant to help our customers find their perfect pieces and create memorable experiences. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our esteemed reputation by building lasting relationships with customers and delivering outstanding service.

Established in 1966, our family-owned business has built a reputation for excellence, specializing in natural diamonds, gemstones, fine jewelry and timepieces. We take pride in offering our customers exceptional quality and unparalleled service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Jewelry Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team.

Compensation:
$42,000 - $85,000+ (Compensation based on experience. Potential earnings could exceed the maximum listed amount based on performance.)
Responsibilities:
- Provide a fun and memorable experience for clients each time they visit.
- Assist in preserving heirloom pieces.
- Cultivate personalized relationships and repeat business with current and potential clients through individual clienteling efforts.
- Strive for personal sales goals and assist fellow team members in achieving store-wide goals.
- Exhibit a team-oriented spirit and assist with daily store duties.
- Continuous learning that expands your knowledge of gemstones, watches, product lines, trends, and in-store offerings.
Qualifications:
- Appreciate the craftsmanship of fine jewelry/watches.
- Ability to speak eloquently about the features and benefits of items.
- Professional, competent and dependable.
- Previous experience in Professional sales and managing client books preferred.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- Extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Be comfortable reaching out to customers to make follow-up connections and/or recommendations when new items arrive in-store.
- Prior experience with fine jewelry is a plus (selling, appraising).
- Love to learn.
