Position Summary:
We are looking for a strong leader to help build and scale our Walmart Fulfillment Services' (WFS) business. In this role you will help shape our product strategy, designing & prioritizing solutions that enhance our value proposition for sellers and drive meaningful bottom-line returns on our P&L. The ideal candidate will have great problem-solving skills, will be extremely comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and will have exceptional analytical skills (SQL, etc.). Essential Functions:
- Leads the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems and support data-driven decision making.
- Makes strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results, and influences roadmap prioritization of partner teams.
- Owns complex projects end-to-end for a business area; manages risks associated with implementation.
- Develops data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area to drive business results and value.
- Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance.

- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
