What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships and conduct interviews with key contributors of Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) modernization to gather information and feedback
- Facilitate meetings to collect feedback and guide the MES modernization initiative towards identified goals
- Analyze themes and opportunities from planning meetings to recommend new ways of working
- Lead the creation and implementation of an action plan aligned with the MES modernization strategy
- Collaborate with change management efforts to ensure alignment with the MES modernization strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five (5) years’ experience providing consultation and guidance to a State Medicaid program
- Three (3) years’ experience supporting the creation of a strategy for modernizing systems and technology
- Demonstrable leadership ability, especially in building consensus around solutions
- Ability to establish program/project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Extensive experience with industry standards for Medicaid HIT, particularly data interoperability

- Ability to work across organizations to gather requirements
