Job Summary: As the Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing team leadership and business analysis support to customers on small to medium projects.
Job Description:
We are seeking a .NET Developer to be responsible for coding and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. This position will be full-time and hybrid.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering from NCTA business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and the software development team.
- Ensure all requirements are clearly documented and understood by all parties involved.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the system design meets business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation throughout the implementation process.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the TISDSR system and its components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are clearly understood and communicated.
- Work with IT and business teams to design and implement effective IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure IT solutions meet business requirements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues that arise.
What You'll Need:
Required:
- Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.
- Familiarity with modeling techniques and tools like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML (Unified Modeling Language).
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Ability to analyze and design system workflows and processes.
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) phases and best practices.
- Proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
- Proficient in utilizing Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA for tracking work throughout the SDLC.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation is a plus.
