Description
We're looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant II, working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Colorado City, Colorado, United States.
Essential Duties:
- Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts and proactive notification systems.
- Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission-critical).
- Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrences.
- Evaluate unique or complex installations or configurations and make recommendations for resolution.
- Articulate clearly in writing and verbally. Add case resolution to KMS.
- Represent company in a face-to-face customer location visit, industry conference/trade show, vendor meeting, etc.
- Engage team members for support as required to ensure internal or external business and end users/clients SLA demands are met.
- Develop partnership with and assist the Sales Pursuit team.
- Provide enterprise print optimization resources to deliver the following: Subject matter expertise – experienced in analysis, business processes, trends, technologies and tactics to effectively meet objectives.
- Exhibit objectivity by making recommendations that are in the best interest.
- Positively engage with lines of business, evaluation and execution of best practices relative to print optimization, and ongoing optimization and reduction of print-related costs.
- Planning and execution of reduction of print initiatives.
- Print strategy guidance and thought leadership.
- Monitor and maintain system, server and application health.
- Ensure the workstations, servers and print devices being monitored are continuing to report.
- Work collaboratively with the Print Optimization resources and designated company resources to resolve issues related to the status and reporting of the connected workstations, servers and print devices.
- Manage the software infrastructure and provide ongoing system administration, management and support of the Customer deployed system technology and functionality.
- Test, plan and deploy print-related technology solutions, including secure print, Branch printing, and mobile print. These solutions currently involve on-premises based software; at a later date, at the Bank’s discretion and associated change order approvals, cloud-based technology may be included.
- Monitor System and Server Health.
- Provide data/reporting on the number of workstations reporting print data.
- Provide data/reporting in terms of workstation IDs for those systems with “active trackers.”
