What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide software solutions to help customers realize their Comprehensive Digital Twin
- Collaborate with Consultants, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and other teams to ensure customer success
- Deliver specialist product expertise through consulting, advising, and designing technical solutions
- Support project/program management activities to control scope, cost, schedule, and quality
- Interact with customers to manage expectations and support adoption of solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Teamcenter or other enterprise PLM, ERP, or MES systems
- Experience in software implementation phases, including installation, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools such as JAVA, C++, C#, SQL, and JavaScript
- General knowledge of Microsoft Windows administration and familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) best practices and standards
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of server/client communications, VPN, and reverse proxies
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL, Aurora, and RDS
- Understanding of Docker or Kubernetes and web servers like IIS, JBOSS, Tomcat, or WebLogic
