Inventory Coordinator
- Maintain accurate stock count.
- Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels.
- Suggest solutions for continuous improvements.
- Communicates with co-workers, Plant Managers / Supervisors to ensure accurate reporting, material usage, and labor reporting.
- Reviews and audits inventory reports and transactions electronically.
- Research, Analyze, and Reconcile all variances reported.
- Perform necessary inventory reconciliation for items.
- Rectify Receiving, Picking, and Replenishment errors in a timely fashion.
- Completes requests from Purchasing, AP or Production Manager
Requirements
- 1+ years of manufacturing environment experience.
- 1+ years of inventory related experience and previous warehouse experience desired.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles concerning inventory, sales, and gross margin.
- Must have 1+ years ERP system experience and will need to possess the analytical skills to interpret data and summarize findings to management.
- Syteline ERP experience highly preferred.
- 1+ year Warehouse Management Software experience (WMS) required.
- 1+ years' experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Modula Vertical Lift and Auto Tool Crib preferred.
- Ability to work independently and within a team structure to stay on schedule.
- Able to communicate effectively with a team.
- Has prior experience utilizing Modula Vertical Lift and Auto Tool Crib preferred.
- Has prior experience utilizing stand-up and sit-down forklifts required, electric preferred.
- Uses measuring tools such as squares, scales, rulers, and tapes accurately.
- Ability to analyze data electronically. Ability to edit data in a quick and highly accurate manner.
- Uses equipment to lift or move sheets of metal, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to complete physical assessment.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 pounds.
- Frequently lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds using mechanical equipment.
- Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
- Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
- Climb ladders of varying heights
- Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
