About this role
The Network Solutions Representative will be instrumental in enhancing our network solutions product through effective vendor and provider engagement. This role involves operational management, data analysis, and research to support the overall performance of our product. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning, with opportunities to develop skills and advance within the organization. This position offers a unique chance to contribute significantly to the growth of our product while fostering valuable relationships in the healthcare industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with network vendors and providers to support the objectives of the network solutions product.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between vendors and internal teams.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records of provider contracts, pricing, and performance metrics.
- Prepare network performance data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the review and verification of contracts and pricing agreements to ensure compliance, accuracy and follow up on outstanding issues with network partners.
- Conduct research to identify potential providers and gather market intelligence to enhance network capabilities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, state fee schedules, and best practices to support decision-making.
- Oversee data management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various network initiatives and enhance overall client experience.
- Prepare regular reports on network performance metrics and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to optimize network performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Actively seek out and identify new opportunities for expanding the network solutions product, including potential partnerships and innovative service offerings.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies that support the organization's growth objectives and remain flexible to take on new responsibilities as the organization evolves.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred, but relevant industry experience may substitute for formal education.
- 2-4 years of experience in network management, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Proven experience with data management and analysis.
- Knowledge of healthcare networks, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Familiarity with ancillary services and state fee schedules is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
