We are seeking a Hybrid/Remote Speech-Language Pathologist for a School-Based Assignment in the California Central Valley region. Join our team in assessing, treating, and managing a caseload of students at a school location in the Ballico-Cressey area.

Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based therapy plans, goals, and therapeutic treatment for speech/language disorders in accordance with IEP goals.
- Deliver Virtual Speech & Language IEP services in the Pacific Standard (PST) Timezone.
- Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.
- Case Management for students on caseload.
- Attend, facilitate, and write legally compliant/defensible IEPs.
- Provide supervision for a CF or SLPA if needed or as appropriate.
- Conduct formal assessments.
- Attend SPED trainings as requested.
- Collaborate and provide MTSS support to other specialists as well as GE staff.
- Run MTSS groups for students.
- Create and run weekly Social and Lunch Bunch groups.
- Oversee AAC/AT needs. Train and support staff in the use of AAC tools.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Attend training as requested, collaborate, and provide support to other SPED teachers/specialists as well as GE staff.
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Current California SLP License.
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders. CFY's accepted and encouraged to apply.
- Experience with Case Management & IEP Writing.
- Knowledge of Special Education compliance law & regulations.
- Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of populations.
- Exercise good judgment in prioritization - complete assigned tasks without supervision.
- Ability to build rapport with staff.
- Excellent written skills and efficient verbal communication at all organizational levels.
