Responsibilities:
- Overseeing various aspects of the clinical program.
- Selecting, training, supervising and evaluating clinical staff.
- Help with program development and quality management initiatives.
- Attending/co-leading clinical staff meetings.
- Assisting in providing direction resolution of problems identified by staff.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
- Performing Utilization Reveiws, clinical presentations and outreach to the community.
- Assisting in meeting the fiscal goals/metrics as determined by supervisor
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
- Spanish Speaking is a plus.
Additional Responsibilities
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct patient care as needed (i.e. facilitating groups or therapeutic meals).
Education, Competencies, and Credentials:
- Masters Degree in Mental Health required.
- PsyD and PhD is preferred in a social services/mental health field required.
- Licensure in state of FL is required
- Experience with eating disorders and trauma are highly recommended.
Hours: 40 per week M-F
