Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- VA License
- 2 years of experience
- OR and ER experience
- Portable, C-Arm, Contrast experience
- BLS
- ARRT
- Epic experience preferred
- Locals accepted
- Will accept first time travelers
- Rotate through ED, OR, Fluro, and Ortho
Unit: Rad Tech, 4x10s
This unit will accept first time travelers. Portable, C-Arm, and contrast experience required.
Level 2 trauma center. We have two general rad rooms in the ED. Routine portables mostly chest. OR cases consist of Ortho, Neuro with an O-arm, Urology, Bronch, Pain Management. We have an Ortho office with three general x-ray rooms. Fluoro- mostly do Modified barium swallows, some arthrograms. Most of our workload is in the OR and portables.
