We are hiring a Clinical Supervisor at our Spring Hill Recovery Location in Ashby, Massachusetts!
Job Summary: Responsibilities of clinicians are to provide group and individual therapy, maintain a case load and adhere to documentation requirements. Practice of evidence-based modalities including but not limited to CBT, MI, solution-focused and multiple alternative options to work towards recovery and sustaining long term recovery. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the clinical team adheres to documentation and supervision requirements. Spring Hill is a unique outdoor campus offering a holistic approach to treatment on 7 acres. Patients and staff enjoy the indoors and outdoors amenities for groups and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to HIPPA and documentation requirements as identified by payor network, state and federal regulatory agencies.
- Report directly to the Executive Director and be part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain Clinical department case load and assigned group schedule.
- Work closely with the Case Management department to ensure efficient discharge planning and coordination of care with other healthcare providers.
- Records observations accurately and maintains patient's medical records in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Perform other clinical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Psychopathology, Diagnostic Assessment and Chemical Dependency treatment
- Proficiency in Communication, Observation & Written Skills
- Knowledge of Federal, State and Municipal laws and/or regulations that regulate the treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction. Including: Confidentiality, Patient Rights, professional Code of Ethics and Discrimination
- Knowledge of addiction issues and the 12-Step Recovery Program
Qualifications:
- LICSW, LMHC, LADC1, LMFT
- 3+ years of clinical experience working with Addiction and/or Chemical Dependency patients
Education:
- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a minimum master's degree in psychology, social work or health-related field
