Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Compensation Package:
- $85,000 - $100,000 + Salary (Based on Experience)
- Productivity based on volume
- Full Benefits (Health, Dental)
- 15 days of PTO + 9 Holidays
- 5 days of CME ($2,000 reimbursement)

- Life Insurance at 1x the annual salary
- 1005 Paid for Licensed and Dues
Requirements:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Current Pennsylvania Medical license required
Responsibilities:
- Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM
- Call by Phone Only
- No Nights, Rounding, Admitting or Weekends
