Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient:
- Provides evaluation, program planning and treatment of patients referred to Physical Therapy.
- Provides documentation of the above and education to patients, families, hospital staff, and students.
- Participates in the enhancement of the profession, the facility, and one's self by providing quality care, clinical research, and education.
- Ensures that all patients are helped to meet their maximum potential through the quality care and input to medical management provided by the Physical Therapist.
Education:
- Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program.
Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.:
- Current State licensure as Physical Therapist required.
- AHA Healthcare Provider CPR required.
Experience:
- 1 year of Physical Therapist experience preferred.
- Experience in an outpatient setting required.
- Successful completion of clinical internships as required by the academic program.

Salary Range: Minimum 35.93 per hour - Maximum 59.93 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
