You'll utilize strong communication skills to accurately document patient information and coordinate with various services, adapting your approach to meet individual needs. Your attention to safety is paramount, as you perform equipment checks, assist with patient transport, and adhere to infection prevention protocols. You'll support the care team by setting up procedure rooms, assisting physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and anticipating instrument needs. (I.e. Surgical Tech, Sterile Processing Tech).Must have working knowledge of aseptic technique.BLS required for hire.Must complete and pass the Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates Program within 6 months of hire.Must be able to take call shifts as assigned.Must be flexible for scheduling.Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics is an equal opportunity employer.
