This role is remote and we are currently offering work from the following states: AK, CA, MT, WA, OR, and TX.
The Supervisor will possess a combination of technical, clinical, and business skill sets. The Supervisor is accountable for the assessment, identification, consultation, and coordination of enterprise-wide needs as it pertains to Clinical Informatics functions. The supervisor is also accountable for coordinating the team and its support needs as it relates to business operations, as well as the utilization of clinical information systems. The supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day activities of his/her direct reports and complements the vision and direction in place by the department manager for extended support in the department's optimization, operations, and deployment pillars. Furthermore, this position is designed to participate in vision-casting and the implementation of future team functions in an expanding and changing business environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or a clinical discipline, or equivalent education/experience.
- 4 years of experience in similar primary duties working with clinical information systems within a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or a clinical discipline, or equivalent education/experience.
- 1 year of experience in Leadership, Change Management, Project Management, or Process Improvement.
