Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Planning,coordination,execution,andprogressreportingofUATeventsforsmalltolargecross- functionalprojects.
Crossfunctionalinteraction withbusinessteams,UATtestersandtheIS&Tdepartmenttoensure flawless planning and executionofUATactivities.
Issueresolution/managementforallUATactivitiesandrequirestheskillstonegotiatethroughtight deadlines and demands from competing parties.
The ability to gain alignment by proactive partnering with all levels across both the Business & IS&T communities is a key to success.
Project Management
WorkswithPMstounderstandthe projectscope andfunctionalitytobetested.
EstablishesatimelinetodeliverUATinlinewithmajorprojectmilestones.
Estimatesresource requirements to completeUAT.
Identifies Risks and appropriate mitigation plans for UAT.
Manages to deadlines and competingdemands.
Utilizes analytical skills to investigate and drive issues found in UAT activities.
UAT Management
Lead cross functional teams onUserAcceptance Testing or support other UATPMs.
Works with GlobalUATmanager, regionalPM, andIS&Tteams to ensure realisticUATplans arein place.
Presents UAT procedures to Business Groups and ProjectTeams.
Create UAT project plan for preparation andexecution.
Drives UAT planning meetings andactivities.
Responsibleforgatheringscenarios,scriptwritingfacilitationandavailabilityofmasterdata&test environment.
Responsible for communicating system impacts onUATschedules.
ResponsibleforworkingwithProjectManagertogetcorrectscriptsupdatedbyBusinesspriortoUAT.
ResponsibleforsettinguptesttrackingtoolforeachUAT.
ResponsibleforensuringtheUATenvironments andrequireddatasetupareavailabletosupport testing.
Responsible forUATStatus Reporting (MajorProjects).
Hosttriage calls across regions, functions, and ITteams.
ResponsibleformanagingissueescalationswithinIS&TorBusinessteamstoallowtestingto continue.
ResponsibleforreportingprogressstatusonUATactivitiesandissuestotheprojectteamandmanagement.
Drivestechnicalrootcause analysisacrossmultiplesystemsandensuresissueresolution.
CoordinateswithPMandIS&Ttoidentifyandworkaroundsystemupdatesandtestsystemoutages.
Resolve issues & complete UAT ontime.
Builds strong working relationships within regional and global teams.
Communicatesconsistentlywithcustomerstoensureaqualityproductorserviceisdelivered.
Mustbe aneffectivecommunicatorandbeabletoworkefficientlywithmultiplebusinessgroups.
Analyzeandunderstandbusinessdata/processesinrelationtoBusinessprojects.
Developagoodunderstandingofourbusinessmodelsandprocesses,servicemodels, IS&TandMDM processes.
Develop automationwhereapplicable if skillsetspermit.

The potential compensation for this role is based on labor costs in local markets, as well as the job-related skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate. Expected base pay for this role ranges from [$80,000 to $1,58,000 for Austin, TX and $80,000 to $1,73,800 for Sunnyvale, CA]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options as well as potential incentive or variable compensation.
