Job Summary
We are a small, stand alone, physicians office in Hamilton, Ohio seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. We are looking to find an applicant with good work ethic who is able to function well in a busy Primary Care/Sports Medicine office. We have full and part time positions available immediately.
Responsibilities
Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to older adults
Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
Order and interpret diagnostic test, such as laboratory work and imaging studies
Prescribe medication and other treatments
Educate patients on disease prevention and health promotion
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications
Current Family Practice license/certification in state of Ohio
Experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner preferred
Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
Active DEA license
