Job Summary:
The Permanent Staff Observation Unit Registered Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the observation unit, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health problems and needs.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Monitor and record patient condition and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current RN license in North Carolina.
- Previous experience in an observation unit or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
