We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time, Client Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate is able to multi-task, is organized, and enjoys working with a team.
Job Summary:
Responsible for all tasks associated with staffing, communicating with and mentoring caregivers and communicating with clients and their family members. Primary business objective is to provide excellent customer service, mentor and retain high-quality caregivers, and increase our billable hours to meet business objectives.
Job Duties:
- Handling logistics and customer support associated with new client service
- Staffing caregivers on client shifts
- Communicating with clients and their family members about their care and about our services
- Collaborating with shared care providers
- Maintaining online client charts and documenting client communications
- Performing client and caregiver quality calls
- Participating in caregiver orientation process
- Visiting clients in their homes, on occasion
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a private duty or skilled homecare agency
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior staffing/scheduling experience
- Ability to work independently
