If you have enthusiasm, a positive attitude, great interpersonal communication skills, enjoy building relationships with people, and a passion for improving people's lives through health and fitness, we've got a fun and fulfilling career opportunity for you!
The Exercise Coach, a hi-tech fitness and health studio, is adding 2-3 Fitness coaches to its Fremont location. We are looking for coaches who can work part time or full time.
Our studio offers a casual, fun environment using top-of-the-line proprietary training equipment. Each coach works with just one person at a time, or a small group of 2-4 people, guiding and motivating them as well as keeping sharp eyes for form, challenge and safety. The equipment keeps track of their progress over time so that you can work with them to achieve the results they're looking for.
Our novel, evidence-based technology and methods deliver more in 20 minutes than a traditional strength session does in 60 minutes.
This is a brand-new concept in Fremont, and we need 2-3 Full Time coaches to help us grow this amazing personal training revolution! Ideal candidates will be interested in growing with us, like the pace of a young company and small team, love the process of winning new clients and have a "win everyday" personal approach to life!
Our coaches get paid for the hours they work and are not commission based. In addition, they enjoy best in industry benefits:
Paid training
PTO
Paid holidays
Potential for bonus
401(k) plan participation and potential for company match
Employee assistance program
Wellness programs
Exclusive benefits like discounts on major national brands
Free gym membership
