LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) $60K-$85K/YR

OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to join our team and work remotely. Since 2016, we've specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The psychotherapist will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH are getting more attention due to the emphasis on team approaches. The interdisciplinary health care team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHP).
CUSTOMIZE THE CARE FOR EACH PATIENT:
Clinicians have the unique ability to customize care for each individual patient, determining how often and for how long to see each patient. Individual psychotherapy is common, but family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing may also be performed as needed.
PICK YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!
Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules. Typically, clinicians work between Mondays – Fridays, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

EDUCATION & LICENSURE:
Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) in the state of Colorado with the ability to practice independently is required.
