About the Position
We are looking for a Clinical Manager to join our team on-site at our Lane Service Center in Springfield, Oregon! The Clinical Manager will manage multiple Lane County programs, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment serving individuals unable to stand trial. They will oversee clinical services and treatment provision, supervise Residential Therapists, and document supervision activities. The Clinical Manager may temporarily step into a Residential Therapist role if needed and must maintain confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information. Competence in leadership, clinical expertise, clinical supervision, program management, and quality assurance is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience managing multiple facilities and/or programs.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
What You’ll Make:
$7,500 - $9,166.66 per month DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
About the Programs
This position will support McKenzie Ridge, Madrone Ridge, and Manzanita Ridge, which are state-licensed Secure Residential Treatment Facilities (SRTF's) serving up to 8 adults requiring Aid and Assist services. Clients receive restoration services, competency assessments, mental health rehabilitation services, and personal care supports in a secure setting.
Pine Ridge RTF is a 7-bed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) located in Eugene, Oregon, serving adults with Serious Mental Illness who cannot Aid & Assist in their own defense.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
What You’ll Need
- MUST have a Master’s degree in a mental health field. Licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist strongly preferred.
- MUST have THREE (3) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting. Minimum ONE (1) year of management/managerial experience is strongly preferred.
- If licensed, the ability to provide licensure supervision is preferred.
- Understanding and awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to assist with organizational goals in this area.
Successful applicants MUST have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
