Schedule: Casual/Part-Time/PPV ~ average of 4-10 home visits a week
Location/Service Area: Travel position, area of coverage will be within the twin cities metro area (plus mileage reimbursement of .67 cents per mile)
Wage: Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) rate

The Dietitian is primarily responsible for providing service in accordance with a plan of treatment and care plan for the Home Health Agency.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with people in the second half of life.
- Current and active Dietitian license in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience in geriatrics a plus!
- Background in skilled nursing, hospitals or home health preferred.
