The City School District of New Rochelle is seeking a Health Educator who possesses strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and creativity.
The teacher will plan daily lessons and projects in accordance with state standards and district curriculum. We are looking for someone who incorporates a well-rounded approach to the domains of learning and provides instruction that will inspire students to think critically and take on appropriate challenges.
The right candidate can integrate diverse perspectives and voices into instructional materials and resources to broaden students' understanding of the world and nurture a sense of belonging while maintaining strong classroom management.
Minimum Requirements: Must be NYS Certified in Health Education.
