Adult Nurse Practitioner - Bilingual

The Position: Our client is looking for a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner to work alongside the team in an outpatient setting, providing Primary Care. Our Client is offering the following compensation and benefits:
- $120,000 Base Pay
- Additional 10% Annual Bonus, Paid Out Quarterly
- Additional Productivity Bonus, Paid Out Quarterly

Requirements:
- Board Certification as FNP or other ARNP Certification
- Must Have and Maintain Current Florida License in Good Standing
- Must Be Comfortable Working with the Adult and Geriatric Population
- Prior Experience Working in Primary Care in an Outpatient Setting is Preferred
- Effective Written, Verbal, and Electronic Communication Skills
- Show Initiative, Creativity, and Problem-Solving Ability
- Ability to Collaborate With Colleagues to Provide Quality Healthcare
- Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Computer Literacy
Responsibilities:
- Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm
- Average of 20 Patients a Day
- 100% Outpatient Setting
- Participate in the Multidisciplinary Care of Each Patient
- Shared Call Schedule: Rotating, 2nd (Backup) Call, By Phone Only
